At CerviFit™, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with our products. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

Returns

  • Timeframe: You have 30 calendar days from the date of delivery to initiate a return.

  • Eligibility: To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

    • Unused and in the same condition that you received it.

    • In its original packaging.

    • Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase.

  • Non-returnable items:

    • Gift cards

    • Downloadable software products

    • Some health and personal care items

Refunds

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund.

  • Approved Returns: If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. The credit will be processed within a certain number of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

  • Partial Refunds: In certain situations, only partial refunds are granted (if applicable):

    • Any item not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

    • Any item returned more than 30 days after delivery.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please contact us at support@cervifit.com.

Shipping

  • Return Shipping Costs: You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

  • Shipping Time: Depending on your location, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
